For the amount I paid the room was outdated. The comforter was stained but that was no issue since our A/C in our room was BROKEN so we didn’t need the sheets. The bathroom was covered in graffiti and changing the temperature to the shower is a work out on its own. They advertise that they have working A/C AND a microwave I had neither!! Not to mention the dead roaches in the window. For $400 I expected a decent room. Managers also do not tell you there is a $5 key deposit and just spring it on you as you check in?? Said I would get it back but did not. Honestly stay away from here. The crack heads are soooo bad here.

Roaches and mostly occupied by displaced persons housed there by public dollars so even though it’s not the cheapest price motel there’s more illicit activity than a typical cheap motel in the area. The motel is in bad shape and the rooms all on the fairly deplorable side. Many rooms occupied by the long term guests are totally destroyed with broken furniture hoards of trash graffiti shopping carts etc. Ive stayed in or been inside of almost all of the rooms aside from most of the ones way in the back which aren’t used much. The jacuzzi room is whack and very awkward and doesn’t really have a romantic vibe but who knows. Some of the rooms have mirrors and are in better condition but are still typically unsanitary. They’re pretty good about changing the bedding but definitely not perfect and the quality of the sheets is very poor and they usually come off the mattress since they don’t use fitted sheets and the ones they do use are not large enough to stay on. I’ve seen 1 bed bug, there are lots of service dogs staying there so if you have an animal too it may get fleas, and there are roaches in every room. The organization that oversees the homeless housing program take over the entire place during the day and usually there are security guards working for them sitting out 24/7 often in front of guests rooms or having loud conversations, which is disruptive and having someone sitting outside your door feels like an invasion of privacy. The family who manage it are alright, they’re pretty nice in general and not overbearing at all but are extremely cheap and try nickel and dime everyone. One time there was credit from money put into the vending machine from a previous guests when I went to use it which the manager noticed and he ran out of the office to eject it and take it and make sure I could use it myself. It was extremely bizarre. They are extremely temperamental and do not tolerate any form of criticism or disagreement with their often totally delusional statements. They will invent reasons that you owe them more money and do not like it when guests pay the online rate. They are pretty nice though in general and enforce strict rules about guest behavior.
