It is all depending on your diet and drinks that you have every day. Usually about every 6 months after your teeth cleaning.
Teeth may need to stabilize after braces for a year or more, which means they are extremely prone to motion. Your orthodontist will suit you for retainers (either removable or permanent) once your braces come off.
