I give this rating with difficulty because the office staff are amazing, as is the medical staff. In terms of the chiropractic care, I am not satisfied. I have been having issues with my neck and back for a long time. I got into a good regimen with another chiro, but had to switch due to a move. I tried to explain that I knew what I needed but was still pushed to get an X-ray and pay a chunk of money up front for a program they wanted to put me on. The plan was very base level and it felt almost like a pyramid scam to get me to spend money up front. I actually got worse. I tired to explain it to the chiro and got the response that maybe I wasn’t doing something right and should just put ice on it. Turns out that was not what I needed. I wound up going to my old chiropractor for some relief and it was discovered I had a displaced rib. I decided to cancel all of my appointments with this establishment as a result. I really didn’t feel heard by the chiro staff or that my needs were taken into consideration if it was outside of their typical recommendations.

I used to love this place when the other Dr. Was there they switched chiropractors and didn't tell me if I still wanted to get adjusted with a NEW chiropractor. I went to the back to do the stretches and find out last min someone else will be adjusting me. Not only that he did a horrible job. My neck has been hurting all day since. He basically RUINED ALL THE SESSIONS AND ITS LIKE IM WORSE THAN WHEN I FIRST STARTED GOING

Was introduced to this spot via Groupon. The team is extremely friendly and professional. They offer more services than what you're accustomed to at the average chiropractor office - medical team, more massage treatments options, physical therapy, etc. Great place if your committed to recovery- they do give you "homework". Recovery can be painful and seem lonely but they are there to make the journey reachable and ensure you that you're not alone.
