his is your butcher. From the moment you walk in the door to this quaint family run butcher shop you can tell you're in the right spot. Immediately greeted, the butcher on hand has a bounty of knowledge about the products in the cases and is happy to talk to you at length about your questions and make sure you get the best possible option for your meal. The selection of meats is great, and always fresh- looking in the cases you can tell they are chosen with a discerning eye. There is also a selection of deli meats and cheeses, and pre-packaged hand cut / home made burgers and chicken. What I found the coolest was also the selection of spices of products from St. Maarten (I was told potentially there only US outlet). My prime rib was excellent and one of the highest quality I've ever had.

I went there for the second time today. They have the best meats! But today I went for a large quantity of beef bones to make bone broth, soups & finally for my dogs to chew! I was not disappointed. I encourage you all to check it out. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Just left there with Bivette steaks. The quality of the meat, homemade sausage and chicken is outstanding. Spent a lot of time answering my questions and all meat come from top notch suppliers. I just found my favorite butcher.
