Great experience from start to finish. We were greeted by Aaron ( the boss ) and dealt with Mike Jackson. No heavy sales pressure , down to earth genuine people, Aaron let us take the vehicle home for my special needs son to check out before we purchased. Easiest low stress car buying experience ever. Would highly recommend , also great car at fair price. Ask for Mike Jackson.

Sales Associate Mike Jackson did a great job from beginning to end. He treated us well and felt very trustworthy. Any time I brought up a concern about the vehicle we were looking at, he took those concerns seriously and did his own research to give us the answers we needed. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase. I didn't peruse much of the rest of the dealership so I can't speak on the overall experience of Mercedes-Benz at Fort Washington, but it seemed like a great place to do your business. There wasn't much negotiation or bargaining to be had, but I think that was more a product of the current demand for used vehicles in this market and less about Mercedes-Benz Fort Washington being unwilling to meet my demands. I will say that our vehicle was priced below every other listing I found for that year, make, model and miles. If I talked them any lower than what they were asking, I might've felt guilty.

I have gone to the Fort Washington Mercedes Benz Dealership for many years to purchase and lease my cars. I have always had a positive experience. The minute I drive up into their service area I am greeted by courteous staff. When I go inside to the service managers, I am waited on quickly and respectfully. Routine maintenance is performed within a reasonable time so I usually wait for my vehicle. The waiting area is clean and spacious with comfortable chairs and tables and multiple flat screen televisions for customer viewing while you wait. I recently leased a vehicle and I was very impressed by my salesman. His name is Clint Abney. He was very patient with me and spent the necessary time with me so that I was able to get the car that I desired on the terms that were reasonable for me. I made an appointment with him a week after I had the car to review the special features of the car and he answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features to my satisfaction. He also encouraged me to call him or return if I had additional questions or concerns. I highly recommend the Fort Washington Mercedes Benz Dealership for their product and for their excellent service.
