Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Super clean and all the amenities you'd expect from an Audi dealership. But the prices!? You have got to be out of your mind if you think I'd pay $7400 for brake pads and rotors. You can almost buy a new car for that kind of money. Absurd! Won't be going back unless it's covered by warranty.

As a 1st time Audi buyer, I would like to say that you have made a customer for LIFE. Alex and I the gentleman from document signing (I think it was John, but I could be wrong) are class acts. I had to go to service for a bulb replacement the day after and had the pleasure of having Saul as my rep. Once again, I wasn't disappointed with the level of service. Kudos to all involved.

Matt was very nice and accommodating. I also liked the recorded video service check. Thank you for the car wash but it was not done in excellence. My husband said they just wet it with water and didn’t wipe it off properly . Overall, I loved the service for my first time experience. It’s probably the number one reason I would buy another Audi from this dealership.

Appreciated the professionalism and care by both Sebastian in Service and Antonella in Sales in handling the end of life for my old car and shepherding me through the sales/leasing process. I have always had great experience with the Service department over the years, and while getting a new car wasn't something I was anticipating a week ago, the overall experience from Service to Sales to driving home with a new car was a great one.

Do I need to get my car serviced even if I'm not driving as often?

Audi Fort Washington | Sep 8, 2021
Audi Fort Washington | Sep 8, 2021

Your vehicle may be spending a lot more time in the driveway these days, delaying a mileage milestone that illuminates a service reminder light. While maintenance recommendations are often based on mileage or time, it’s important to consider that right now the suggested schedules could look a little different. Idle vehicles can suffer from dead batteries, stale gas and flat tires, which can lead to bigger, more costly issues down the road. Staying on top your maintenance routines will keep your vehicle in tip-top shape for when you’re ready to hit the open road.

What's the difference between used and certified pre-owned?

Audi Fort Washington | Sep 8, 2021
Audi Fort Washington | Sep 8, 2021

A used car is one that has had at least one previous owner and can be any age. A used car will usually only offer the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty, if it still applies. A certified pre-owned car or CPO is usually not more than 5-7 years old and is backed by the manufacturer. These vehicles are put through rigorous, multi-point inspections by trained technicians, and come with an extended warranty. The complete inspection of a CPO results in the replacement or repair of any damaged or worn parts before the car is certified and offered up for sale.

Audi Fort Washington | Sep 8, 2021
Audi Fort Washington | Sep 8, 2021

Leasing allows you to get more car for your money by allowing you to drive a more expensive car with lower payments - when compared to owning a car of the same price. Leases are structured in 2 to 3 year increments which means you will always be covered by a warranty and can get a new vehicle at the end of your leasing term. Buying offers freedom in other arenas with no restrictions on the miles driven or customization options. Once a financed vehicle is paid off, you will not have to make any more payments and you may keep the vehicle as long as you want. Warranties do expire, but you always have the option to purchase an extended warranty.
