Wow finally got our sewing machine after weeks. We bought three sewing machines, they tried to gyp us on one of them, it was defective. After more weeks and excuses we got gyp with a damaged replacement.

Genetic parts at an affordable price that's what this company is all about , younger folk know the business very well, but the old timer still thinks is 1970 . business wise :) (Update review) thanks for the reply and disposition I guess we all have space to grow as a person or business genetic parts are way Cheaper than premium now considering that we all know we get what we pay for. girls at the office are kind and helpful. This store has a great selection of sewing supplies, and will keep buying stuff from there when needed. Thanks .

Horrible company, STAY AWAY! We purchased three brand new Juki machines and one have them has been giving us an issue where the thread keeps getting broken for the last 3-4 months. We have been in contact with the owner (David) who has been ZERO help. He suggested we contact Juki directly and Juki is unable to help us due to David not being one of their suppliers in the U.S. David is practically lying and saying he is out of the country so he does not have to help us out. We paid this company nearly 6 thousand dollars. They should be able to stand behind the product they sell or give us the name of who they purchase from so we can directly go to them. STAY. AWAY.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I had extremely high hopes of being a regular customer. I got what I ordered and was very happy with it and how fast it got to me. My issue is when I first ordered the items online the order was cancelled, but the payment was still pending in my account. So I called them and gave them the order number and Jasmine put it thru I also had to give my credit card info again. She put it thru over the phone and there wasn't a problem. While she was putting the order in I asked about the pending payment, now it was 2 payments for one order that was pending, she said if there was an issue to screen shot the payments if both get posted and they would return the amount. It's now been a couple of days and they are telling me that only one payment with my name went thru not two. Which is incorrect (see photos attached) because I got charged twice for one order. They didn't get back to me after I sent them the latest info showing clearly that I got charged twice. And I'm still waiting for the manager to call me so we can resolve this. I'm very upset about this as I was so excited to becoming a regular customer. As you can see the amount is the same and they were both posted. The only difference is who it was posted to. One says goldstartool.com and the other says golden/cuttingcutting/sew. This is definitely not good customer service. Especially if they don't get back to when they say they will.
