I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up no one bothered to acknowledge me in any way. So, I ended up standing by the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for my order, only to find out it was just sitting on the counter. Someone had also dripped a smoothie on my can of water, which I only noticed after leaving.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating at this location. We moved to the area over three years a ago from a smaller town. The Starbucks from our home town made you feel like family, this Starbucks was no exception to embracing that culture. We are glad they stayed safe the last year with COVID and look forward to the tables and chairs reopening so we can hang out.

Wrong size order which wasn't the biggest deal. The guy was nice and offered to remake it. The lady that remade it just dumped it in a bigger cup and added more ice.... I watched her do it. Will not go back to that particular Starbucks.
