Drive thru only. As a delivery driver I cannot wait behind 20 cars who havent even placed their order yet when my customers order is past the ready time. You can't seriously expect this to work out if you want your food delivered. You can turn off the doordash tablet if you are having issues keeping up with orders.

We used to love this DQ, but customer service has worsened dramatically over the past few months. Today of the four items we ordered, one was correct. The man at the window also got irritated when I asked for lids. When I asked for a carrier, he rolled his eyes. This DQ gets a ton of business and would really benefit from a strong manager who prioritizes customer service and efficiency!

Ordered a cake online and when I got there found that the dining area was closed and we had to go through the drive-through to pick it up. There were 8 cars ahead of us that took almost 20 min to get through the line. Open your doors for pickup orders please!

We went through the drive thru. It was fast and the staff was friendly. Their chicken tenders are some of the best for fast food. The fries were quite soggy. The cheese curds are awesome. The blizzards weren't served upside down and were very runny already. When we got halfway thru there was no mixing anymore. They only blended halfway down. So that was disappointing. There's still only one place you can get blizzards but I may say temper your expectations. Atleast they have the cotton candy blizzard back. I highly recommend the chicken tenders and hopefully you get a better batch of fries. Or just substitute for the cheese curds which were on point.
