The attention to detail and expert advise that we received from Kevin at Tandem Cycle Works through every step of the process, from selecting a bike to sizing to determining appropriate options and accessories to the expert finish details of the bike build, was extraordinary. And then when the bike was ready (one week before the estimated delivery initially provided by Co-Motion) Kevin spent most of an afternoon going through everything on the bike and how to properly disassemble (and then reassemble) the bike for packing into two Co-Motion Co Pilot travel cases, which can go as checked luggage. Fabulous customer service. Made it well worth the travel from Boise, Idaho to Denver to pick up the bike. I highly recommend working with Kevin and Tandem Cycle works for purchase of your tandem bicycle.
