In 2020 I purchased a mountain bike from here. About a month later, I had a flat, so came in for new tube, tire liners, and paid installation costs for both. Today, in July 2022, changing a flat, imagine my surprise to find that I had no tire liners. These thieves sold me tire liners, charged me to put them in, but didn't bother to do so. Thanks for ripping me off. Hope it was worth it to you.

After ordering (and returning) an e-bike from an online retailer (do not recommend!!), I was so pleasantly surprised by the in store selection and the knowledge and patience from Andrew! We got on the road immediately with the assistance of the Bike source team, who ensured our child trailer was properly attached and ready to ride. We will definitely be coming back for our next e bike (now my husband wants one too) and a bike when my toddler is ready to ride. Highly recommend bike source and their team.

Great bike shop! I've purchased a few random things over the last year or 2 and the shop is well stocked and the staff have been overall helpful. This past weekend I purchased a bike for my wife there and Andrew was extremely helpful in helping us choose a perfect bike for her. Very knowledgeable and the bike was built extremely quick for us. Noticed there were a lot of older reviews about staff being rude or unhelpful but Andrew was the opposite of that. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for bike gear or new buys.

I came here to get a tube and new tire for my bike about 20 minutes before closing. They were really nice and not only did they comp a slight price discrepancy with the tire, one of their mechanics Scott gave me the rockstar service with helping me get things rolling again. Get your bike serviced here!!!

Do you sell exercise bikes?

Hi Jim! If you’re looking for a stationary spin class style bike, we do carry the Stages Bike and WAHOO KICKR BIKE, both of which are stationary smart bikes. However, we do not carry traditional stationary bikes of the style that have a knob for adjusting resistance. If you’re looking for exercise bikes in general, all of our bikes are great for exercise ;)

They are doing service right now. I had them replace a flat tube on my rear tire about a week ago and it cost about $20.

Do you know if there’s a bike shop that fixes brakes on walkers (hand brakes) in Denver or Aurora?

Marsha Fields | Jun 22, 2020
BikeSource (Owner) | Jun 23, 2020

Hi Marsha. We do routinely fix brakes on walkers at all our Colorado stores. We do need to see your walker in person to be sure that we’re able to fix it, and we’re happy to have a look whenever it’s convenient for you.
