Mr. Gorski and Jacquie are extremely knowledgeable! At times I felt like they weren’t giving the case the attention it needed, but when it came down to it and the dates got closer, they answered all my questions and gathered all the evidence needed. Mr. Gorski was sensitive and caring, and he was very reassuring when he saw how anxious I was. He knows what he’s doing. Best of all, we won the case!

Best Family Law Firm in Kern County! I called The Gorski Firm because of their great reviews. I was able to get an appointment relatively quick. When I had my phone consult with Mr. Gorski he was very compassionate and informative. His knowledge really put me at ease and helped me develop a game plan for my case. When I hired him, he and his office staff was really helpful in helping me navigate through the process and I was able to get the results we discussed at our initial consultation.

Both a QDRO and a DRO are court orders that set forth orders that a former spouse is entitled to receive a certain portion of the other spouse's retirement plan. A QDRO is "qualified" by the plan administrator to determine whether the QDRO complies with the plan's rules for segregation of benefits. A DRO does not require qualification of the plan administrator.
