Their are two separate lines. One for appointments and one for walk ins. I have been doing multiple walk ins for the last two weeks. They give you a number and send you to go wait in your car until you get a text message.

Yes, I did a walk in recently(July 2020) because there were no appointments available. The line was long. Took 2.5 hours to get in and then about 15 minutes to get out. They have only about 15 people inside the building. Many had umbrellas in line for sunshield. I got a sunburn. Lol.
