I am very satisfied with this jewelry stores. I have bought gifts here several times at different times and have always been satisfied with the service and purchase. It's immediately obvious that qualified workers work here. very attentive. prompted and advised. explained each piece of jewelry I chose thoroughly. They don't rush you and take as much time as you need. they said what discounts and other privileges there are at the moment and what is better to do. I felt like I was visiting familiar people. I especially thank Marina, if I am not mistaken, that was the name of her and her supervisor. more people like that in shopping malls. thank you very much and thank you for having such a good store. I recommend, you will be satisfied.

This store has gone downhill. No customer service and their shoe dept was aweful. No organization at all. Boxes and papers all over and hardly any shoes on display. Sad. I love Penny's but this store wasn't up to par at all.

Stop by for a sale on men's dress shirts and was not disappointed. Pick up several quality shirts up to 50% off. The men's department was well-stocked and in good order. Sales associate was kind and very helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Store seems very rundown and neglected Very surprised at the condition of the floors on the second level. Whole sections of bare concrete and uneven surfaces. The restroom was a stark indication of management's overall lack of pride and professionalism in the store. I've seen better upkeep and cleanliness in a biker bar.
