My sister and I rented a Standard Cruise America RV and drove across country from California to Virginia (one way) taking the mountainous route through the Sierras, the Rockies and over the Appalachian mountains. The RV performed great! No concerns at all and it was spacious enough for the two of us, 2 cats and a lovebird. Gas prices came down as we left California but it still cost around 2K for 3600 miles....well worth it as it was a very special trip which we will remember for the rest of our lives! We highly recommend the experience!! T&L ride again!!

Cruise American did a great job with my reservation, and then changing the reservation to a different location. The RV was ready when I got there, and check in and going over the vehicle with them was quick and easy. They could’ve done a better job of going over the RV with me to make sure I understood everything: they pretty much just asked if I had watch the videos and then showed me the fuel, propane water and waste water tank levels. The RV was clean and in good condition. It was a 2019 with 114,000 miles, but drove well for a vehicle of that amount of usage and all of the RV features worked well and the main bed was actually pretty comfortable. Would rent again, especially from the John Muir drive location.

My brother and I rented the 30 foot RV with all our expectations blown out of the water. There are some quirks here and there e.g. bouncy suspension, gray water tank smaller than the fresh water, which should 1:1 capacity, etc. With all that being said, this was one of the experiences I've ever had. We traveled to Zion National Park and back with no issues. The staff was very informative about their RVs and they also provided the up most professional manner and support through out the whole process. I will recommend this specific site to others.

Friendly staff, clean car and affordable price. Their RV is easy to drive. My RV AC is very LOUD. Not sure it is defective one or not. I have to shout to my family when talking each other just 3 feet away. Also, the privacy curtain design is poor. There is a ~5" gap between upper and lower curtain. Poor design. However, its furence and fridge work well. It is not perfect, but we will rent RV from them again. We really enjoy using their RV this time.
