Recent visit - disappointing. Pizza was cold and dough was half cooked when served. Salad was just so-so. Waiters and manager just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. One waiter kept telling us about her personal life without our prompt. Made us feel like we wanted to command her "talking stick" back in that brick oven. Didn't want to hurt her feelings so we just let her talk. For the price they are charging, it did not make me feel that I wanted to return there.

Not bad! I wouldn't put it over Mellow Mushroom down the street, but that could be just a personal preference. Atmosphere is decent and service was great!

Among many other procedures, our restaurant teams routinely and frequently clean and sanitize commonly touched surfaces, including countertops, booths, chairs, door handles and bathrooms. Grimaldi’s safety policy requires our staff to wear masks. Our teams are trained in social distancing practices and have plans in place to keep employees and guests at a safe distance.
Yes, you receive a 16” Traditional Cheese Pizza as a benefit for being part of the rewards program. In order to qualify for this reward, you must make one (1) qualifying purchase using your Member ID# per year prior to the first day of your birthday month. If you sign up on the month of your birthday, you will receive a reward on the first of the next month if you make a purchase at our restaurant using your Member ID number during your birthday month.
