I ordered food, got charged, then never received my sandwich. They didn't answer the phone after that. I'll never eat here again.

I’ve had the worst experience at this place. I put an online order and after an hour was told it was delivered. Turns out the driver delivered my meal to the WRONG address and accused me of writing the address incorrectly on the order. I later verified that I had written the correct address. The staff was unapologetic and made no offers to make it right. Avoid this location at all costs.

I originally posted this review on DoorDash and it was declined so I'm posting it here instead.. I ordered a J.J.B.L.T. and I requested to have NO mayo because of a food allergy. But because it's a BLT which is a sandwich that's (traditionally) made with mayo, I assume whoever made it saw 'JJBLT' and didn't think to read the request for NO mayo and/or overlooked the request as a result of what may have been a weekend rush (I made this order on a Sunday afternoon). Decided to give them another chance with another online order for the same sandwich. Only this time I called the store ahead, told them about the DoorDash order I just received that was incorrect and requested if they could NOT add mayo because of a food allergy. The man I got on the phone was apologetic but when my second attempt sandwich arrived, it had just as much mayo as the first attempt sandwich. I would recommend that the people who handle food be more careful when making sandwiches that have requests to remove something; like me customers could be making those requests due to FOOD ALLERGIES!

Absurdly slow. Hard to believe this is a Jimmy John's I waited way longer just to order than if I was at a sit down Restaurant. Been here at least 20 minutes and still do not have my Sandwich. Not coming back here again, plenty of better AND FASTER options nearby.
