When I usually shop at Ulta regardless of the store it’s like in and out no issues. Today at around 6:40 PM on July 14th. I was greeted when I first walked in by both the ladies who worked there. I had gotten some lipstick along with a cute little unicorn plushie to cheer myself up during these Covid end times. I had accidentally grabbed two testers for lipstick. Since that one of the workers ( dark black haired one ) seemed to have really bad customer service since she practically glared at me the rest of the time I was there. There were two workers at the cashier desk. The blonde lady was very pleasant. For some reason The cashier who had darker hair had practically belittled me for what I was buying at this store she works at. I felt very uncomfortable at the beauty store. While waiting at the checkout desk the dark haired one gave quite a bit of unnecessary attitude. She didn’t show any signs of did you find everything alright. She didn’t seem very welcoming or helpful. While at the this rude workers checkout she seemed a bit slow on putting my info in even when I explained my name and number clearly. Went through that about 6 times each. She may have been a new hire… Regardless she made me not want to shop there if she doesn’t clean her act up.

The associates were very helpful & I love the wide range of beauty supplies.

Least friendly workers ever. Love ulta but hate coming here due to the lack of customer service. All employees are too busy talking to each other. Update: I called the number from the response and they said they would get back with me and never did, so not only is the service at the store not up to par neither is their customer service team.

Just something about the smell of this place makes me feel beautiful and I can find the products I can't find other places here
