Freddy, who runs the Snap, is very rude and does not keep his word when he says he will do something. Other gyms are cheaper but my husband chose this gym due to it's location and Freddy almost kept is from joining due to the way he spoke to me and then had the nerve to tell my husband that I called him 12 times that day. Of course I did because I wanted to have my husband set up with a membership before he got off work that day. Truly a rude person. He also seems to be tremendously overwhelmed and if he cannot keep up then he shouldn't be in his position.
