Huge place. I heard its quite expensive but i guess if a walks distance to the beach and beautiful people on cruzers is worth it then its amazing location

My friend lives there and the space rent for her unit is 1700, so that might put it into perspective but like Katy said, each unit is different depending on the unit. So 1700 can at least give you an idea
