Never been harassed so much at a store while browsing. I was on the phone looking at cosmetics and skincare and was aggressively pursued by somebody posing to be an employee. You can clearly hear and see I am on the phone but she continued to hover over me and ask me to look at the samples instead of the boxed items. I know what shades I use and what products but thanks! The music was loud in that department so I moved somewhere where I could hear my phone call better. She followed me and kept bothering me I told her to stop bothering me!! I'm on the phone you keep bothering me!!!! She followed me throughout the store even AFTER I gave her back the product! Never been to a single Macy's anywhere in the country and been treated so poorly. So I went to Ulta instead :) Poor customer service is going to drive your customer base away!!!!! I didn't even want to look at clothes anymore because of that experience. Too bad Macy's, you would've gotten a pretty penny from me but nope!

I enjoy shopping at Macy's. Always a wonderful selection of clothes for Women, Men , children. I also get my kitchen supplies there. And they have a good selection of bedroom sets., Sheets , blankets , throws . My favorite thing to shop for is Este Lauder. Makeup and colone. Nice
