This was a great tour of cannery row. You get to walk and fell the surreal old town when it is described in such detail to you. Our guide had so much knowledge of the old cannery row and described how it is up to date now. Fantastic walking tour and you get to see up close the old buildings as history is being described to you. Great job and A+ with your personality and knowledge. Thanks and I will make sure it people I know will put this in their bucket list to do. Very much appreciated.

Amazing experience!

We have been to the Monterey area many times. We have loved visiting all of the wonderful sights. Until we spent this delightful two hours with Tom, we had no idea of the significance of Monterey in the history of California and its' fascinating story. The tour was easy and entertaining, if you had some interest in history. Tom was extremely well-informed and engaging. Next trip, we will take the other tour, Cannery Row. Highly recommended!

No it was a day tour, great tour
Yes. Restaurant 1833 is in the historic Stokes Adobe, 500 Hartnell Street - the most recent of several restaurants that have occupied the adobe over the past seven decades. James Stokes was a leading citizen and unsavory character. Paranormal events have been reported there. Currently, however, Yelp! And TripAdvisor each show that the restaurant is closed.
