Janky service you’d think your working with the mob or something I payed my bill and waited a week only to find out you have to call them and have them come fix it they basically run with your money if you don’t call them after a payment extortion at its finest such janky service and I lose the days I didn’t call back even tho I payed the gas

Sunday we smelled gas upstairs and downstairs. Called Southwest Gas. Their tech, Bryan was here immediately. He found a faulty Earthquake Shut Off Valve to be the problem. He removed it, relit our pilots. Checked everything throughly. Thank you Southwest Gas and Bryan for amazing service.

Why is my bill double during this summer. And don't bother calling the wait to speak to someone is 2 almost 3 hours. They took my deposit applied it to my balance, said I had credit then took it back and said oh sorry but we need 500 from you by 08.24. Terrible business practices. Terrible customer service. These people are crooks.

ok .. it is confirmed by the gas company ( southwest gas) that this year it will not be possible, to have those coats from them ... the correct answer is (NO)!!!

Because so many in the past ran a high bill and then moved. A deposit tends to make one not do that. Because if you don't run up a high bill before moving, you'll get your deposit back
