Plane arrived safe . That's all I can say good about this whole trip with southwest....our Flight was cancelled for 48 HOURS and that is just totally unacceptable and of course no one cared.....

It was good, I like it because it's open seating.. and the seats are quite comfortable They give drinks and customer service it's great. Best part they have lots of flights in case you missed your flight.

South west air lines has been a great airline! I love the deals and the staff I have encountered has been wondeful! For those of us that need assistance getting around, they do have a service where they have an attendant push you in a wheel chair from starting point which is the check in counter to loading on to the airplane. I must say I am very happy and thankful to you all for making my experience such a great one! Thanks again to all the assistance!

This was a tough week to be a SEA fan and traveler. Lot's of delays, confusion and more delays. But, they handle it well and in the end we are more on time, more frequently than most airlines.
