Gerard'Z Honeybees

I received a gift certificate for Gerard'z Beekeeping Workshop. I missed the initial sessions, but when I called Gerardz months ago, he said he would be scheduling more. That never happened, so I tried to contact Gerardz several times, both by phone and text, to ask if I could use the value of my gift certificate towards honey. Gerardz never answers the phone, instead sends a text to say he is "in a meeting" and will call back. He never does. I guess Gerardz feels he can keep the $ that he received for the gift certificate and provide zero in return. NOT OKAY!!

These honeys are so good! I honestly was hesitant to try a flavored honey, but the BlackBerry is incredible. There are several other flavors to try too. The staff are such kind, good hearted people, so it's an excellent experience all around for me. Soon, I will have to figure out which flavors to try next. I'll never buy honey in a plastic bear bottle again, even if that little guy is adorable.

I didn't know honey could taste so different. The clover is sweet and flowery. The black sage is earthy. So delicious on fresh made bread!
