I try to give them another visit after 10 months later from my first review but still the same old business treatment. Still super unhappy and disappointed........(0ld)....->Not very happy with the personal treatment I received here. I will be looking for a new place to do business. Where they do appreciate my business and my whole family. Very unwarn Female manager.

My son and I came in for a hair cut and the service we received was terrible. Over the phone Liam was very friendly and welcoming hence why we went. In person the remaining employees including manager seemed as if they hate their job. Their affect was downcast, they spoke more to each other then the customers, they do not like making adjustments and huff in puff when asked to do so. The Hair cut instructions I gave were simple and to the point. 1.5” on the sides and a blend with the top. The lady with the really short hair confirmed she understood then I was called to get my haircut by Liam. Liam did fine on my head but the lady butchered my son. She literally took a scissor and outlined his hair leaving him with a mushroom top. She tried fixing it but his hair kept getting shorter and shorter with the line still being obvious. We ended up going to a real professional to fix his hair. We wasted time and money for their incompetence but it’s a lesson learn and business loss for them. Their prices aren’t cheap but fair. The place is clean but the staff sucks. I can be completely wrong about them but this was my first and last impression of this place. It’s better to take a clipper to your head then risk being butchered by incompetent staff who are reluctant to being there. I don’t recommend this place

I thought I was lucky to have the manager Irene cut my hair, but it turns out I was unlucky. She absolutely butchered my hair! I clearly said I wanted to take off an inch and she easily took off three. I mentioned that I used to have an undercut and might need to trim the underneath, so she chopped that as well. I had to go to a salon to fix the damage done and in total lost around 6 inches. I couldn't stomach walking back into this place so my wonderful fiancé came back in the next morning to get a well deserved refund.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
