Excellent service! Amazing food. Had the strawberry crepes and my scrambled eggs with cheese were cooked to perfection! Such a pleasant dining experience nothing compared to the utter disappointment of my experience last Sunday at the Denny's on 132nd and Hawthorne!!!

Absolutely amazing service! The manager i think it was, or maybe the owner, and the staff gave exceptional service!! My sister is currently in the hospital on her third trimester and she had cravings, to include a frozen hot chocolate. They didn’t hesitate to make it despite it not being on the menu. I also had to make some adjustments to the food based on my diet. Everything was perfect, super nice and sweet staff.

Companies follow policies set up by upper management or the Franchise office. I would suggest, to ask the manager about how to handle this situation. Moreover, I think that Danny do not want to make you feel unhappy. And consecuently they will be happy to give you a satisfactory response.
