Let me start off by saying the staff here are absolutely AMAZING!! We had to put my uncle here because they were the only place that accepted him. At first we were not allowed in due to COVID which is totally understandable. Also very hard because my uncle was dying. Twice a day I would call to check on him, the nurses were so understanding about the situation and had no problem giving me updates. As soon as hospice came in and told them my uncle wasn't going to make it through the night they let 3 family members in his room. The nurses gave him his medicine on time, they came in frequently to check on him and us, and they were also very comforting. Two nurses came in to clean him up and change his bedding. They cleaned him up really good. His one nurse would come in and talk to him even though he wasn't awake, which I thought was really sweet. The night before he passed I called to check on my uncle and his nurse talked to me for 30 mins. That nurse answered every question, shared her own experiences, and made me feel at ease. The same nurse that I talked to the night before called me the very next morning to let me know my uncle passed even though it was hospice job to do that. She did not rush me off the phone. Thank you to all the wonderful nurses that took care of my uncle on his last days!

my brothers in there been 9mo. ive stopped in to check on his welfare now 5 separate times . still will not let me see him yesterday was told they can inform me on his condition . because i'm not on some list . who makes up this list. im his only blood relative (older bro} he was sent there to rehab, seems like hes in jail i understand Covid and all but June 15 was the date i understand was over but they still refuse my admittance. sounds like a law suit to me

My granddaughter's father is in this facility with a serious breathing problem. He has a trach that should be cleaned 4x daily. Even on the day he goes to doctor, they don't clean trach. Dr was appalled. They ignore him, are rude to him, and are not providing any actual care for him. Workers need to be replaced if they don't want to do their job.

The charge lVN is rude!!!! Some of the staff is nice and pleasant I did meet wonderful people there! Do I feel they do their job right NO! Not with a blood sugar of 50?? They don’t answer to Alarms fast. The feeding tube will be going off and no to answer to them. Ventilator goinging off and no one would attend to it. Seriously think if it was your loved ones there. I never saw a doctor or did they ever introduce themselves. No one uses a stethoscope which I think would be in their routine check up for nurses. CNA are lazy only met two good ones. The place stinks!
