Went to Macy’s to look for a nice dress to wear to a high school reunion. I was extremely disappointed with the selection that was available! The orderliness of the dress department was horrible. I've never seen the MESS that the dresses and clothing were in! The attendants in the fitting rooms were managing to keep the rooms clean and discarded items hung up and put away. Needless to say I left very dissatisfied.

It would be nice to have higher end selections like other Macy stores have. Overall a pleasant experience. Parking is super easy in the actual parking structure.

Loved the Back Stage discounts on the 2nd floor. Customer service is top notch in that department. The employees in the entire store in San Bernardino take good care of the customers. Every area I visited the employees were attentive and greeted me with enthusiasm. I will return soon.

Went in for a pair of earrings I bought online. Went to the line for pick-up and returns. The lady was nice and it took a little while for her to go get my order and bring it to me. Overall it was easy to get in and out of Macy's. Service was great the lady was very nice.
