Very unprofessional. Not organized , staff doesn't have the skills or knowledge . This place isn't worth a star. Pediatrician Is a joke . They'll do what they want like play with your medications without telling you. ( ended up hospitalized as a result) . They don't care about the elderly! They get paid for baby sitting . Very sad.

My in-laws have had care through Innovage for four years. I have to say that the attending dentist, Dr. Mike, is a godsend, as are his staff. Grandma has complained to previous dentists for many years, to the diagnosis that she lost weight in her gums & $8000 new partials would remedy the problem. Dr. Mike did his magic to her dentures and now she wears them without even using adhesive. She's complained (& cried) for years, and her OCD made her waste water cleaning off the adesive. No more! Fantastic. Dr Mike you are a miracle worker. Thank you

My wife Dorothy joined innovage months ago. She was told as I was told by Claudia the sales person how they take care of seniors, and we told them Dorothy needed a GI doctor to follow up on her liver after she had liver surgery, which was successful at Kaiser Permanente, she needs to be followed up on. He Doctor Lee ,never did nothing for her. And now that Lee. is gone she has a new doctor Florian who also did nothing for my wife. Dorothy got sick doctor Florian came over to check her out. but did nothing for her she left without talking to me and just left. She promised her to get a GI referral but never did. As soon as she left our home Dorothy fell twice I called an ambulance and she was in the hospital for 6 days they sent her back to me still messed up I get a call back Doctor Florian told me now she has tested positive for clovid 19. I got her back to Kaiser Permanente because innovage pace is a joke. I'm making it my mission to not go to innovage pace there no good.
