My husband and I have been looking for a place to live in our 5th wheel but due to its age we are not able to find anywhere long term. I found this place and it appears to be a good fit. Its in a convenient location the reviews are all good about the management and residents; however, the long comment at the top is what's stopping me. It looks to me that there is a lot of neighborhood gossip and drama going on here and I apologize if I'm wrong but haven't we grown past that? Glad the residents are happy with their park but I'm good. The place looks like a great one to consider if you don't mind drama.

Debra is an amazing Manager for starters! She puts up with nothing to say the least, so don't think your about to come into her park and start stuff because that won't happen; on the other hand she is kind and understanding, so if life happens and you need a sensible break then I wouldn't be surprised if she went out of her way to help in any way that she could either. Just be honest with her, and mean what you say, most importantly; she will hold you to account whenever right to do so. The park remains a nice little retreat from outside the fence, with great neighbors because of her efforts to keep out the riffraff. Most of them have been here for years and are very approachable, down to earth individuals who have a network line, park-thru with eagle-eyed members passing information down the line like a live closed-circuit surveillance video loop. So know this for sure, someone's always watching and nothing will go unnoticed, that's actually just like things should go in a nice little RV Park that's located just down the middle of 82nd Avenue on the SE side of Portland, Oregon; just happens to be my favorite city and my home. Trust me guys, you're lucky if you happen to find an opening so book it if your fortunate enough to find an opening, you're going to like it here.

Was looking into places around town. This one was nice and promising. The only problem is there is no valid phone number or contact information. Apparently the only way to contact them is by "letter through a mail slot" or you have to "catch them in the office". Guess Ill take my service somewhere else.
