We have used Spriggs for years and enjoyed clean coaches, courteous service, and safe trips. My ONLY mis-hap was the A/C failed on 1 trip out of 10 but I guess that could happen to any vehicle.

Contracted to have Spriggs take 2 bsues for a college trio to NYC. Buses were late getting to us in the morning. Buses were over an hour late picking us up. Management staff was unhelpful and rude. Do not use, you will be wasting your money.
