Traveling from Houlton to Bangor. Bus was working fine until we pulled into our first stop. Then it shut off three times and we drove off on the fourth try. It stopped working just as we pulled into the on ramp. Sat for over an hour just to get a school bus to drive us down. Driver told me it’s been acting up on snow but not on the road so he just kept chancing it. Could have stayed at the circle k we stopped at in oak field instead of driving tot he side of the road that the bus driver said wasn’t. I thought the on ramp was part of the road but I guess it isn’t. If there were issues with the bus why are we taking chances. Glad to know that the passengers are thought about when driving these things. Just wanted an apology but instead just silence.

We went to Mt Washington. The train is very cramped 3 to a wooden seat, very uncomfortable. I realize no control over weather but it was a wasted trip. Fog so thick we couldnt see a thing. The buses use to be comfortable but not now. Very firm seats and being on it from 6 am -10 pm was very cramped and way too firm seats. We have another tripped planned but not looking forward to it now.

I recently was on a work tour handled by John T Cry and Sons Inc. the service was excellent, the bus was clean and prompt. At the end of the day the I forgot my keys on the bus and the general manager Rick Soules was excellent and help get them back to me. Great service and friendly staff!

I take this bus every day after school from John Bapst to Indian Island, the woman driving the bus is rude and often makes unnecessary comments on my conversation with friends. We also are only 30 min away from I.I. And it takes us easily an hour to get home. I am not taking this bus after I get a license.
