Customer Annoyance instead of Customer Service. Erin was helpful and nice but the two men were the opposite. I felt that my business was interrupting their morning. Living in Hollywood, Pasadena is somewhat closer than the Canoga Park location, but I will drive the extra miles to avoid feeling as uncomfortable and unwelcome as I felt in the Pasadena Tommy Bahama location this morning.

I don't think you can as of yet, but you could order something from another location that doesn't carry the size or color you are looking for and either have it delivered via FedEx or directly picked up at the other location that has the items you are looking for in stock
