My husband has been a patient for several years. The office staff is unorganized and unprofessional. You can hear them gossiping about patients. The last time we were there, there was a small dog running around the office and staff was not paying attention to patients trying to check out. Today, he gets a call notifying him just a few minutes before his telemed appointment that they no longer take our insurance and his appointment was abruptly canceled. Thank goodness we had already decided to find care elsewhere.
