Came on a Saturday... Everyone is very kind... The wait was not too much.... They could add a bigger t.v. in the waiting room for the people waiting... But all in all... Everyone was great and professional This was my buddies first time having to come to an emergency room.. and he is not from the area..but.. the experience was perfect... Thank you!!

Headed to ER for Covid test results verification after correspondence with my Delta team on My HealtheVet. The ER screened me and directed me to a painless Covid test. The documentation and verification removed any doubts from myself and others. Thanks Again to the people in the nice pajamas… I mean scrubs. Sincerely Grateful

In an actual medical emergency, anyone can go to the VA for help. Expect to be stabilized, and transferred.

Palm Desert has an excellent VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).
I believe the lab opens at 6 a. m
