First time Vitalant donor but have been coming here when it was BloodSource. I've never had a problem. Valeria S. was nice and professional. I don't know why people are saying such bad things about her. I didn't get the receptionist's name but she was also nice and efficient. The young woman who actually drew my blood was also friendly and excellent at finding my vein. The whole process was very quick if you completed the health history questionnaire prior to arrival. They do have a sense of humor here and some people may take it as unprofessional. During this covid-19 pandemic, I especially appreciate the laughs. Thank you Vitalant!

Another DMV...Please make an appointment before you donate your blood. Elk Grove center, please don't contact me by phone in the future. I don't want to waste my pretty weekend time on waitting when no one in front of me for 20 minutes, thanks!

I went to a donating blood appointment at Blood Source in Elk Grove. They had called me several times to make an appointment after my first donation. From the beginning, after I was brought in for my interview with the RN, I didn’t feel welcomed! Their was some under laying hostility with the RN that was helping me?...☹️ I think she was having a bad day? The other MAs and receptionist where very nice! Any way you don’t treat a donor that way!
