Total misrepresentation of items I bought at an estate auction. The auction stated 1 mink fur coat and 1 fox fur coat. Neither were fur. In the pictures, the labels were covered by the coat hanger. If the pictures included the labels inside the coat, it would have been apparent they were faux fur. Paid 10 times what these fakes go for new plus a buyers premium.

More than one time in a month I am showing up out of town to pick up my product either was lost or stolen first time they apologize give me a cash refund on a lot that was completely stolen next time a whole shelf of product was missingReported this to the Auctioneer she reported to the owner it has been 2 1/2 weeks several email several calls and I have not received my money back or any type of outreach with a phone call or email would not recommend a bidding on the project further than 5 miles from your house so you don’t waste your time when stuff Is missing when you get there!!!!’
