Seasons is a very nice place to live. Miguel and Maribel keeps this place nice, I called Miquel, Mario for a year😜 Karen is very accommodating. I got my parking space. Yeah😃

I think this place can use a face lift. For a senior place the colors are drabe and dull. Stair well carpets are filthy and smell.

No, it's applicable to the surrounding rental rates in the area. There was a slight increase in rent this past summer, but then decreased in the fall when housing prices and rent cooled down. However, resident income of a min/max is needed to qualify at this location.
