The food was fresh, the lobby was empty on a Saturday afternoon, but with the pandemic going that's completely understandable. The employees were very friendly and courteous, a girl came to clean up two tables that my family and I were using.

Doctor Syndrome

The baconator fries where cold. They gave us a son of baconator sandwich when we asked for a baconator with all veggies added. When I brought it back they just put barely any veggies on it and gave it back. The only reason this is not 1 star is because of how exceptionally clean the place was. I do NOT recommend this location.

Worst experience I've had with a fast food service in years !! First they messed up my order and charged me for something I didn't receive and when I went back to politely complain and try and resolve the issue, the self proclaimed "manager" James was rude beyond belief and cussed me out while calling me a liar !!! The younger me would have snatched him across the counter, but thankfully times have changed and instead I'm writing this review to warn of the bad service at this location. Plus to top it off, when I complained to Wendy's corporate office, they never reached out to me ! Dave is rolling in his grave if he knows what's going on at the Broadway location.. And if you look at the receipt, yes this is from a incident a couple of months ago, I've just been to busy to write a negative review.

Was not too pleased with the service through the drive-thru here today! We ordered two chicken sandwiches was told to pull up to the second door to wait until they were finished cooking, once brought out we checked our bags saw that the rapper said chicken but when we got home we opened up one and it was actually a burger with bacon on it the fries were cold just not a pleasing experience this time
