Every single time I go through the drive thru at night they charge me more than what I ordered. I always get the quarter pounder meal which is $7.09+tax but I am charged for a large frie and large drink, which I did not ask for nor was I asked if I wanted the upgrade. So it was only $7.79+tax but I barely had enough change to make the difference. I swear someone pocketing the difference with each order.

Don't order delivery from 21st and Amidon- took at least an hour on an Uber Eats order. The woman at drive(a MANAGER) was stoned to next week and far too chatty. Couldn't even understand the code for the Uber Eats order. She was even exchanging numbers with customers. Believe I heard mention of a Cash app too. Nothing but time and gas wasted going there.

Noticeably shortened on french fries. My standard medium meal box was barely half full. And you'd reasonably question, what about the bottom of the bag... nothing fell into the bottom of my bag. They just straight up didn't care to fill up the fry box.

Ordered two cheeseburgers, specified multiple times that I wanted no onions, no pickles, no mustard, add mayo. I told them the screen wasn't right and corrected them politely. Then confirmed my order when I paid. They said it was all right, the screen just want reflecting the changes they made. What I received.... One cheeseburger ketchup only One cheeseburger with onions, ketchup, and Mac sauce The tickets on each of the burgers... One read - only ketchup, only cheese, only mayo The other read - no onions, no pickle, no mustard, extra Mac sauce When I paid, they ran out of receipt paper. I had no receipt. Took it back immediately. They refused to make it right.
