Service can be atrocious at times!!! $15 per hour 😂Do they really feel they are earning this amount by treating people in ways that they NEVER wish to be treated??? There are much better places to eat! The Braums right behind it services people fairly and with a smile and kindness.

Went there last night. Ordered 4 McChickens and 4 McDoubles. I was given 4 McDoubles and 1 McChicken. Didn't realize this until I got home. Usually I just forget about it since this specific McDonald's ALWAYS forgets something but I wasn't having it. I drove back and told the lady about the mishap and she told me to park since it was going to be a while. I was parked for 25 minutes and counted 7 cara roll up and get their food and leave before I went inside and asked for my food. I was told that she basically forgot since it was so busy. I worked at McDonald's for 3 years (21st and Maize) and not only did we not routinely mess up people's orders like this McDonald's but "busy" was cars wrapped around the building and out onto the street. While I sat there, waiting for my food and counting cars, I didn't see more than 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru at one time. To top it all off, all of our McDoubles had slivered onions on them and not dehydrated. I don't understand how you screw up 4 times in a row. We went to get food around 9:40 and I didn't leave with the correct food until 10:45. This specific McDonald's is the reason we almost always check our food before leaving. The one time we didn't, we paid for it. Go to 21st and Maize if you want your order done properly.

We got our food fast even though they were busy. They have 2 drive through lanes. Our order was correct and you know what you're getting with taste because McDonald's overall is consistent in their food quality.

Horrible service for an Uber eats order. Most of the order was missing. The child was ridiculously disrespectful when it was taken back by us and brought to their attention. She didn’t care to listen didn’t read the receipt to make sure we had the correct items and didn’t care to do anything to correct the issue! This is an awful McDonald’s, and not just from this experience.

I hope you gave it back to them. I have had this happen at a McDonalds while traveling and questioned where the rest of my order was. I have, thus far, never had them refuse to correct the problem. I know many of the staff at the McDonalds in question and am confident they would correct the problem. They would probably offer to make them fresh. Hope you will give them a try again sometime.
