I really want to give this place 5 stars but 9 times out of 10 they get my drink order wrong. This location in the mornings has been painfully slow which is out of the norm. Send like they have lost some key employees

Just a truly nasty McDonald's so filthy in the lobby. The restroom wasn't clean either. This McDonald's besides the one on 13th and West are probably the two worst ran McDonald's in Wichita. Pictures of what the lobby looked like.

Core Monitoring

Going to McDonald's is the equivalent of eating out of the trash can of a 5 star dining restaurant. The food is good but at the end of the day it's trash. The primary advantage is that you know what to expect. My Mcdouble in LAX taske the same as is does on Wichita. The primary difference is the service and the ability for the servers to get your order right.

Got wrong order again, this time ordered the 2 for $6 quarter pounders simple order ketchup only extra ketchup and totally wrong they put ketchup and extra onions on both the kid was not happy, so I called and nobody answered, so next day I call and talk to a gal tell her what happened she says just go through the drive thru and tell them what happened and they will remake it so I ask, do you need my name or anything she replies no just go through the drive thru and tell them what happened so I go back and they tell me that without the managers name they are not supposed to replace food without a managers name so I kept explaining what I was told and they finally replaced the 2 burgers with hesitation
