I am a resident at IMT 6500 and I could not be happier with the excellent care and service from both the office and service staff. The other day the office helped me locate a missing package due to a delivery error and the service staff is always very quick to respond to any issues. Thank you all for all the work to make living here so enjoyable

Maintenance guys are the real MVPS to this building. Leasing office is very nice and accommodating. There were a few road blocks in the beginning but overall a good place to live.

I just put in a maintenance request and Boris was here in like 10 min… 😳 He also made sure I didn’t have any other trouble with the new appliances and fixed another small issue that I had forgotten about while he was here. Amazingly attentive staff, dealing with Andrew during the application process was a pleasure, he called me so many times just to keep me updated which I really appreciated. I definitely didn’t feel like I was lost in the paperwork, I felt like I was their only client because of how easy they were to reach and work with. The complex is clean and I love that I’m the first tenant in my unit, since I’m a bit of a germaphobe. Previously I lived in a stand alone home in an extremely safe neighborhood, and still I would keep the lights on if I ever spent the night by myself. Now I live by myself and I do not feel unsafe at all. They keep the lights on in the hallways, there are working cameras, controlled access, gated garage, and a security guard on site. It’s definitely very important to me as a single woman to feel safe in my home and my family doesn’t have to worry for me, so they are also happy and grateful. I get that there are disgruntled people who weren’t accepted leaving reviews, but I’m glad they fully vet applicants and are thorough. We’re close to the 405, a 20 minute commute to UCLA for me, which is like 5 minutes LA time, so I can’t complain. I feel lucky I found this place amongst the hundreds of apartment listings and can now call it home.

We've been living in this building for a month and really like living here. After looking at many apartments in this area and in the Woodland Hills area, this apartment felt like the best value. A few things that stand out to me about IMT 6500 are the brand new units, ample storage space, laundry in the units, beautiful aesthetics (inside units and in common areas), very clean common areas, and location--many stores nearby and a few minutes from the 405 freeway. The staff here are very friendly too--we've mostly interacted with Brenda, Andrew, and Natalie on the leasing team. They are very professional, attentive, and responsive. In addition, the security person is very friendly and attentive to who comes in and out--we feel very safe living here :) Two things to be aware of: 1) the application process took a long time and they required many documents from us and 2) if you are on the lower levels and live in a unit facing the courtyard, the natural lighting is not the best.
