Good fishing for pickerel. Some good bank fishing. Needs a good clean up, many folks leaving garbage behind. My son pictured with a couple from today. We caught many more of varying sizes. Go to bait would be minnows, I highly recommend using with a bobber so the minnows can swim freely.

drove an hour to find its closed down. right at the start of the season... you have to drive a mile in fron the main road to get to it. youd think theyd have at least paper signs saying the range is closed as you pull in but nope... stafford forge i saw closed also. just ridiculous to shut down at the prime time of the year. they did the same at Flat Brook last year.

It's a beautiful place - several lakes, lots of pinelands, some open field areas. There's several great areas for fishing, and plenty of trails for trail bikes. Folks should be aware that all but the beginning of the entry road are dirt/sand, and High Bridge Road can be swampy in parts when it's been wet for a while.
