We stopped in to get some goodies for my nieces cat and we were greeted nicely by the Manager Kaity. We briefly met the owner who was quick to make a good joke and easy to talk to. All the way around, this place was a pleasure to visit and we will be back, as will our niece.

My wife called because we wanted to make an emergency trip to the store for our pets. The GPS said we would be there 5 mins before closing. We told the guy who answered the phone our goal and he was very rude to my wife about the prompt closing. Many other businesses would have respected that we called ahead and knew what we were looking for even if they were closing soon. I'm very disappointed and took my business elsewhere to a place that closes later.
