Sushi was delicious. Service was great. We were seated outside in the sun and as soon as the server Jordan (awesome btw) brought our umbrella over the hostess decided to take it away from us and I sat in the sun during the duration of our meal. Kinda killed it for me.

This is NOT how you do lobster rolls. On the menu it says lobster rolls. I got a lobster roll. Second, this was horrible. The roll wasn't toasted. The roll wasn't buttered. The lobster was dry with little flavor. I took one bike of it and set it aside. Gross. I brought this up to our waitress and she said in a snarky tone "if you want I can give you a knife and you can make it two sandwiches". I also discussed it with the owner Paul and we had a nice chat. Paul, you are the reason this gets three stars and why I'll be coming back.
