Arrived 830 for 9 am load, fire drill, wait to 905 to register, told to wait for everyone to get back and they would call with a dock. 940, no call. Go back in, get dock, load stated 1105, finished 1315, no paperwork.... poor communication. Not to to disconnect at dock or wait for phone call when pprwk is done. Leaving at 1340.

Horrible. Do not do business with shipper. Showed up early for pickup appointment. I wasn't assigned a door until about an hour after appointment. Started loading me 1 1/2hr after appointment...and still sitting here 3hours later. It should only take about 30minutes to load a trailer, but I could feel the truck shaking a few times in 30 minute intervals....not to mention the lack of facilities, so bring a pee cup and have some extra TP, bags, and fabreeze!! Not worth it.
