The front desk reception have been consistently professional and attentive to answering questions. My teen feels it is a start of a comfortable and supportive professional relationship.

This office staff is horrible and same with the doctors. No one their listens to you. After every appointment I leave more depressed then when I came in. I really wish I had somewhere else to go. I couldn't figure out how to respond to the management and the dumb response but just so you know if your staff is so horrible why would I talk to anyone I don't have to.

I am not a resident of Apple Valley but I do work up here so this is the place I was recommended. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all my questions very informatively and quickly. Her name was Jessica and I could tell she was giving 110% of herself in the shift. She was not only helping us customers but I observed her answer all of her partners questions and offered help to them no matter how many things it looked like she was doing. I am so blessed to be able to have her provide my service as I was able to be done with everything and was extremely educated and felt comfortable within a surprisingly fast amount of time.

If I could give this facility zero stars I most definitely would. I see a woman in this office by the name of Myra Lopez and I do have to say that she is one of the worst therapist's I have ever come into contact with in my entire life. If you need any type of therapy, she is not the way to go. She is condescending, self centered, and seems to have a story about everything you have to say. She spends a majority of our sessions talking about her and her life instead of listening to me and helping me. She seems more interested in getting to her next patient than giving me a full hour which I pay for. I am switching to another therapist at another facility. The office staff is wonderful. Although they seem under staffed and over worked I am always greeted with a smile. The office manager Kelly is the most wonderful person in that office and has always been there to listen to me complain and has tried to make the situation better. This office should support and realize that their office staff is better then their doctors and therapists.
