Took watch in for diagnosis and we were prepared to buy a new men’s watch. He cleaned it, polished it and put in a new battery and it is just like new. Very friendly and everything was delivered before the time promised! Great place with great service!!

My last visit I noticed the 12 o'clock pin broke about 2 days after they fixed the 6 o'clock pin. I had been to the Victor Valley mall location about 3 ti 5 times in the past and I was now suspicious. I went to another watch repair place and was shown the difference between a strong pin and the weak flimsy ones used at Fast-fix. I will not be going back to Fast-Fix.

Mr. E was great!! The clasp broke on my vintage ‘58 Rolex. Mr E fixed it same day and gave me a discount for being military. Thanks so much!!

Both Natalie and Denise were extremely nice and helpful, it was a bit pricey but they worked with me to make my ring exactly what I wanted. I didn't know about sizing up when expanding the band, so I had to have it resized and soldered together. It came out so beautifully and will continue to go here for any jewelry needs! Pictures can't even do it justice for how pretty it is!

I actually just had this done. I took it in around 7pm Sunday and I just got notified today that it is ready for pick up. It depends how many orders they have to fill. The price I was quoted was approximately $49.95 14k gold necklace repair.
I just had it done. I think it was $16 and I have 7 days to take it back if the 2 links wasn't enough and they will remove more without any additional charges.
They have very reasonable prices , you might need to walk in and see them .
This place is very nice and professional. I didn't have any engraving done; however, if you need something like that it is best to go when the jeweler is on site during the week. I had a clasp repair on a chain and it was done within 30 minutes. That cost me $25. Good luck 👍.
